Here are a few within driving distance of the Pa. Wilds
Whistler Bike Park in British Columbia, Canada
OK so this one isn't close, but it is the mountain bike Mecca of the world
and deserved mention.
Holiday Valley, Ellicotville, NY. (No lift service but the trails are free to ride.)
The only lift service located in the
Pennsylvania Wilds.
Located in Western New York. Not a far drive north of Olean.
